Meridian has a new music venue. On Friday, Feb 1, 2008, the inaugural concert included Calamity Backpack; dark sundays, and something on the wing, with Shielded by the Protector headlining.

Shielded by the Protector rocked in the inaugural concert at the Angel Theatre in Meridian, MS. Check out their Myspace page and the rest of the photos. Three other acts played Friday night. The Angel is an intimate theatre just prefect for these great local acts. More photos will follow.
